Pine City fell to Proctor in a Saturday Section matchup 77-71. Proctor was coming off of a 85-35 win over Greenway the day before.
The Dragons did a good job of executing and shot a good percentage from the field, but free-throws turned into the difference in this particular game. The Rails shot 82% from the line while The Dragons shot only 47%.
Kole Jusczak lead Pine City in scoring with 23 followed by Noah Adams (17) and Mitch Hansmann (11). Jusczak also had 9 rebounds followed by Gabe Gonyea with 7; Adams added 5 steals and 5 assists.
The Dragons will have the next week off before having 4 games over break in 6 days. Pine City will be traveling to Cloquet for a Holiday Tournament against St. Paul Central and The Blake School and then head up north to play section opponents Two Harbors and Duluth Marshall.

C/JV/V Pictures (Take 2)
C-Squad, JV, and Varsity will all have their team pictures on Dec. 20th starting at 9AM at the High School Gym.
Wear White Uniforms.
Managers and Coaches will be there as well.
7th and 8th grade teams will take team pictures later after the first of the year.

12/18/14 (@Ogilvie) Game Recap
The Pine City Dragons were able to defeat the Lions in Ogilvie on Thursday night by a final score of 64-40.
The "Alpha" squad did a great job of pacing Pine City has all 5 scored. Noah Adams had 18, followed by fellow junior Kole Jusczak with 17. Seniors Mitchell Hansmann, Easton Foss, and Gabe Gonyea had 15, 9, and 5 respectfully.
Jusczak also had a big night on the boards, pulling in a career high 18 rebounds. Junior Andrew Clementson chipped in 7 rebounds followed by Gonyea with 6.
Pine City will be hosting a new challenger on Saturday in section foe Proctor. JV at 11:30, Varsity at 1, C-Squad at 2:30.

12/16/14 (@Grantsburg) Game Recap
Pine City was able to outlast Grantsburg in Wisconsin on Tuesday night with a final score of 65-52.
The Dragons struggled to find a rhythm throughout the night, but were able to gut out the win thanks to some good effort and well timed 3 point field goals.
Kole Jusczak paced the Dragons with 22 points follwed by Noah Adams (11), Easton Foss (11), and Mitchell Hansmann (10). Jusczak also lead the team in rebounds (8), followed by Hansmann (7), and Gabe Gonyea (7). Adams played steady through the conflict with 5 assists while Foss and Nathan Kleppe each added 3.
Next up, Pine City will travel to Ogilvie (Thursday) for a Conference matchup.
