5th/6th Grade Hybrid Team (@C-I)

The 5th grade boys played at Cambridge-Isanti in a 6 team Hybrid meet and and were pitted against 3 tough teams.  The end result was 6th place.  Both Cloquet and Superior have hardly lost a game all season and they played excellent defense along with very fast paced offense.  PC was unable to get their offense going and lost to Superior 50-10 and Cloquet 40-17.  Foul trouble and injuries sealed the fate of the 2nd game late in the 2nd quarter.  The third game was a more even match against Hudson Silver.  The final score had PC down 33-28.  It was a tough loss but Hudson was glad for the win after losing both their first games by 2 points in OT for one game and at the buzzer in their second game.  We hope to exact revenge when we play them again at our home tournament on Feb 21st.
