11/21/19: Take It To The Next Level

On Thursday, Rick Rassier joined the C, JV, and Varsity teams for practice.  Throughout the practice, the groups work on challenges that proved to be more difficult that anticipated.  As the practice went on, all of the challenges came with lessons involving choices, determination, grit, preparation, along with many others.
