6th Grade Hoops @Mora
The 6th grade boys placed 3rd at the Mora tourney on Sunday, February 21. The 8 team tourney was full of local teams from Foley, McGregor, Hinckley, Royalton, Milaca, Braham, and a combined Mora/Ogilvie team. Pine City easily won the first game against Milaca 37-16. Braham had defeated Foley in the first round so we had the opportunity to play them again after losing to them by 2 at their home tournament. Unfortunately we came up short and lost 21-26. That loss put us in the game for 3rd place. We handily won against a small Mora/Ogilvie team 35-16.
