A combination of factors lead to the slow first half which found PC leading 25-24. After halftime, The Dragons came out much more focused and played well the rest of the way.
Even rebounding and scoring helped PC in the win which saw every member touch the floor. Senior Kole Jusczak (19 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals) stepped up big in the second half requesting to take on Duluth Marshall's best offensive threat and holding him to 2 second half points.
After the game played, the team went to eat in downtown Minneapolis and then attended the NBA game featuring The Minnesota Timberwolves and The Chicago Bulls with the home team earning the win.
A huge thank you to all of the 175+ Pine City fans and family members who came in support of the team on Saturday.
Next up for PC is a home matchup against Ogilvie which will also feature both Senior Night and Varsity Parent Night.
