The Dragons did a great job of sticking to the game plan and allowing The System to work. The first half had no momentum as it felt as neither team could really get any traction. The Dragons went to halftime with a 28-24 lead. The first half belonged to Easton Foss (10 points, 4 rebounds) and Mitch Hansmann (9 points, 6 rebounds, 5 steals) as they combined for half of the teams first half points.
In the second half, PC was able to pull ahead and away very steadily lead by Noah Adams (22 points, 6 assists, 6 rebounds) and Kole Jusczak (22 points, 14 rebounds).
Connor Clark and Andrew Clementson also put in some great minutes, playing very solid and going hard to the glass.
The night, however, belonged to Junior Noah Adams who reached the 1,000 career varsity point milestone in the game. Adams, who played in his first varsity game as an 8th grader, has played all of his varsity minutes under Coach Allen. He is the 10th player in Pine City history to hit 1,000 (boys or girls) points.
