1/9/15 (@East Central) Game Recap

Pine City found them selves in a hole early in the game at East Central Friday night in front of a packed and loud crowd.

Poor execution costed The Dragons throughout most of the first half and into the second as they were down 34-26 at halftime.  Mitchell Hansmann (21 points) kept them in the game with 13 of the teams 26 first half points.

The second half started much like the first with turnovers for PC, however, the players were able to finally get some traction half way through the half and take the lead for the first time since 2-0 with a three by Hansmann with under a minute to play 51-50.  Noah Adams (8 points, 4 assists) would seal the game with two free-throws.

Senior Connor Clark did well on the board with 6 in the game while Kole Jusczak worked hard on the inside to finish with 13 points.

The weekend comes just in time for The Dragons as they have played 11 of their last 12 games on the road with two more road games next week (Tues. @ Isle and Thurs. @ Onamia).
