Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Care and Fairview Clinics are offering Minnesota State High School League-qualified sports physicals to area student athletes this summer at the locations listed below at no cost. Your physical will be performed by a comprehensive medical team of physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists and athletic trainers. Immunizations will not be offered at these events. 

Note: For a more comprehensive physical and/or immunizations, parents should contact any Fairview clinic to schedule an appointment with a provider.
