Spectator Policy: 1/12/21

Greetings Dragon Basketball parents

 

I will be sending you two emails today

• spectator policy
• return to play policy after COVID.

SPECTATORS

Great River Conference items that we agreed too: 

Spectators -- all Great River conference schools are allowing only home fans into their buildings

• Co-op schools are part of home fans

• All our home games will be streamed at the JV and V levels

Guidelines for Spectators at home events in PCPS gyms

1. For Dragon fans:

   1. We will be allowing parents, guardians, and caregivers of participants to attend. 

      1. This will allow for participants of split families to have all attend.

      2. Or if participants do not live with their parents, it gives those individuals the opportunity to attend.

      3. Simply: it is who the parents are, who the participant lives with and/or who takes care of the participant full time.

      4. No siblings

      5. At both the high school and elementary

         1. Elementary we may have limited numbers - based on bleacher capacity.

2. In HS:  Spectators = North Bleacher/Participants = South Bleachers (same as fall)

   1. PCCCA - set of bleachers only on the south side of the building.

3. Mark out spots for 2 people to sit by each other - six feet in between/skip a row of bleachers.

4. Spectators must be masked up the entire time at any sporting activity sponsored by PCPS.

5. A list of parents, guardians, and caregivers will be provided

   1. All of those on the list must have an email and/or a cell number listed

      1. If a person is not on the list they do not get in.

   2. This list will stay the same - parents guardians and caregivers will always be on our home list.

   3. No substitutions for parents guardians and caregivers

   4. NO FEE to get in home games at Pine City

 

So what do I need from you? 

• parents guardians and caregivers names

• Emails

• Cell numbers

Other Conference games:  NO VISITING FANS
